Refund & Returns — Overview
At Adnayn, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or return under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Period
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Non-returnable Items
- Opened or used perfume bottles
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
- Gift cards and promotional items
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To exchange it for the same item, please contact us at contact@adnayn.com.
Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
